2M2260 is an advanced two-phase stepper motor driver designed and developed with patented technology. It is suitable for driving two-phase hybrid stepper motors of various brands of 86-130. Because of the advanced precise pure sinusoidal current control technology, the noise and vibration of the stepper motor can be greatly reduced, which makes the noise and stability of the stepper motor approach the level of the servo motor. Compared with most of the similar subdivision drive products in the market, the calorific value of stepper motors and drivers decreased by 15-30%.

Driver Function Description
1) Micro-step subdivision number setting: Four inertial code switches SW5-SW6 are used to set the most step subdivision number of the driver. There are 16 micro-step subdivision. When the user sets a step-by-step subdivision, the writer should stop running first. Specific micro-step subdivision number settings, please drive the panel description.
2) Output Current Setting: The output current of the driver is set by SW1-SW3 three-stage code switch, which has a total output current of 8 cells. For specific output current settings, please refer to the instructions for driving good dough.
3) Automatic half-stream function: users can set the driver's automatic half-stream function through SW4. OFF denotes that the static current is set to half of the dynamic current, and CN denotes that the static current is the same as the dynamic current. In general, SW4 should be set to 0FF on the same way, which can reduce the heat of motor and drive explosion and improve the reliability. When the pulse train stops, the current will automatically decrease to about half (60% of the actual value), and the fever will theoretically decrease by 36%.
4) Signal interface: PUL+ and PUL are the positive and negative end of control pulse signal DIR + and DIR - are the positive and negative end of direction signal ENA + and ENA- are the positive and negative end of enabling signal.
5) Motor interface: A + and A - connected stepping motor A phase winding positive and negative end B + and B- connected stepping motor B phase winding positive and negative end. When the A and 8 phase windings are switched, the direction of the motor can be reversed.
6) Power supply interface: DC power supply is adopted, and the working voltage circle is recommended to be 80 20WAC.
7) Indicator light: The driver has two red and green indicators. The green light is the power indicator, the red light is the fault indicator when the driver is on, and the fault light is always on when the driver is over-voltage or over-current fault indicator. After clearing the barrier, the red light goes out. When the driver fails, only re-energizing and re-enabling can remove the failure.
8) Installation instructions: The size of the driver is 197x105x86mm. The distance between the installation holes is 183m, which can be installed either horizontally or vertically. Vertical installation is recommended. When installed, it should be tightly attached to the metal cabinet to facilitate heat dissipation.
