3M2060 is a high subdivision three-phase stepper motor driver designed and developed with patent technology. It is suitable for driving all kinds of three-phase hybrid stepper motors of 86-130 type. Because of the advanced precise pure sinusoidal current control technology, the noise and vibration of the stepper motor can be greatly reduced, which makes the noise and stability of the stepper motor running close to the level of the servo motor. Compared with most similar subdivision drive products in the market, the calorific value of stepper motor and driver decreases by 15-30%.

Driver Most Functional Description
1) Micro-step subdivision number setting: the driver micro-step subdivision number is set by four digital switches SW5-SW8. It has 16 most step subdivisions. When the user sets the micro-step subdivision, the driver should stop running first. For setting the number of the most step components, please specify the layout of the driver.
2) Output current setting: Three code-raising switches SW1-SW3 are used to drive the guaranteed output radio wave, and their output current has a common side. Specific output current setting. Please refer to the instructions for driving face-curing plate.
3) Automatic half-stream function. Users can use SW4 to set the most automatic half-stream function. OFF indicates that the static current is set to half of the dynamic current, and ON indicates that the alarm current is the same as the dynamic current. In general use, SW4 should be set as OFF, which can reduce the heat of motor and driver and improve the reliability. After the stop of the pulse train, the current of about 0.4 is automatically reduced to about - half (60% of the actual value), and the fever is theoretically reduced by 36%.
4) Signal interface: PUL+and PUL-are the positive and negative end of control pulse signal; DIR+and DIR-are the positive and negative end of direction signal; ENA+and ENA-are the positive and negative end of enablement sign.
5) Motor interface: U, V, W correspond to the motor winding line U,V,W, arbitrarily adjust two of the three winding lines, which can change the direction of the motor.
6) Power interface: DC power supply is used, and the working voltage range is 80-220VAC.
7) Indicator light: The driver has two red and green indicators. Among them, the green light is the indicator of power supply, and the green light is always on when the driver E is electrified. The red light is always on when there is over-voltage and over-current barrier, so the chandelier is always on. After the trouble is cleared, the red light goes out. When the driver fails, only re-energizing and new enablers can clear the credit failure.
8) Installation instructions: The external dimension of the driver is 197x105x86m and the installation hole spacing is 183mm. It can be installed horizontally and vertically. Vertical installation is recommended. When installing, it should be attached to the metal cabinet to facilitate heat counting.
